Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data ItzMarket collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: this website collects almost nothing, and our social media apps only touch our own accounts.
1. Who we are
ItzMarket ("we", "us") operates itzmarket.shop and the ItzMarket accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Contact: contact@itzmarket.shop.
2. This website
itzmarket.shop is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not run analytics scripts on this site. Cloudflare, as our host, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and performance, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not combine those logs with anything else.
3. Buying from us
When the shop is live, orders are taken by our checkout provider. It collects your name, delivery address, email and payment details to process and ship your order, under its own privacy policy shown at checkout. We receive the order details needed to fulfil it and pass the delivery address to the supplier that ships the product. We do not store card numbers. We keep order records for as long as tax and consumer law require.
4. Our social media apps
We use the TikTok for Developers and Meta for Developers platforms to publish ItzMarket's own videos to ItzMarket's own accounts. These apps:
- act only on accounts we own (@itzmarket on TikTok, @itz__market on Instagram, the ItzMarket Facebook Page);
- do not collect, store or process data about any other TikTok, Instagram or Facebook user;
- store their access tokens on our own equipment, never on this website;
- never sell, share or transfer any platform data to anyone.
If you interact with our posts (likes, comments, follows), that happens on the platform and is governed by that platform's privacy policy. We see it the same way any account owner does.
5. Email
If you email us, we keep the message for as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
6. Links
Links in our bios and videos point to this site and may carry a tag that tells us which platform you came from. That tag identifies the platform, not you.
7. Children
Our site and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing contact@itzmarket.shop. We answer within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed.
