These terms cover your use of itzmarket.shop and the ItzMarket accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
1. Who we are
ItzMarket ("we", "us") is a small online brand based in the United States. We find trending products, show them in short videos, and sell them through our storefront. You can reach us at contact@itzmarket.shop.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and watch our videos for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute our content, attempt to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Products and purchases
When the shop is live, purchases are processed by our checkout provider under its own terms, which are shown at checkout. Prices, availability and delivery windows are stated on each product page. Delivery estimates are honest estimates, not guarantees. Returns and refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.
4. Our videos
Some of our videos are made or edited with AI tools and are labelled as such on the platform where they appear. Product claims in our videos are based on information from the product supplier. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
5. Intellectual property
The ItzMarket name, site design, original designs and videos belong to us or our licensors. Product images come from suppliers under licence. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
6. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
